NRCA Action Alert: Urge your senators to support repeal of OSHA regulation
NRCA supports H.J. Resolution 83, a congressional Resolution of Disapproval that seeks to repeal a regulation by the Occupational Safety
and Health Administration (OSHA) to lengthen the statute of limitations for recordkeeping violations. OSHA overstepped
its regulatory powers and disregarded a U.S. District Court of Appeals ruling in promulgating this regulation that is
contrary to the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. On March 1, the U.S. House of Representatives passed this
important resolution. Now, we need your help to see that it passes the U.S. Senate. Take two minutes to visit the NRCA
Grassroots Advocacy Network to email your senators in support of this Resolution of Disapproval.
