To maintain respect for fellow classmates, faculty and NRCA staff, and to honor the significant commitment you and your company have made to attend FEI, this honor code has been established and approved by the FEI Committee and FEI Alumni.
Student conduct and indemnity agreement
Students are expected and required to conduct themselves professionally and responsibly while participating in the FEI program. Improper conduct, including but not limited to acts of violence, abusive or threatening language, and unlawful possession of controlled substances, may be grounds for immediate and permanent removal from the program. Any decisions regarding removal shall be at the sole discretion of the FEI committee and will be final.
Sponsors are there to mentor, monitor and assist students; however, a student is solely responsible for his or her own actions. As consideration for being approved to participate in the program, students agree they are solely responsible for and shall indemnify, defend and protect their sponsors and NRCA (including its directors, officers, agents, employees, FEI committee members and FEI program instructors) against and hold each of them harmless from any and all claims, suits, demands, losses or expenses, including attorneys fees, caused by, in whole or in part, a student’s acts or omissions while a participant in the FEI program. The foregoing indemnity shall include but is not limited to claims pertaining to property damage, personal injury and/or death, including damage to property owned by the student and injuries to or death of the student.
