Level two, builds on the information learned in level one in two ways. First, students will reengage with effective
coaching by improving their listening and feedback skills. Second, the program takes emotional intelligence to the team
level and through practice scenarios, works to apply these concepts. Finally, effective discipline is taught and
practiced. Students will demonstrate through real-life situations how understanding different approaches to these
conversations leads to better outcomes.
