EPS is a closed-cell Foam / EDU got it backwards

Energy Design Update

6/2003

14

EPS; closed cell foam; polyisocyanurate insulation; vapor open

Letters to the editor reflect an error on the part of Energy Design Update stating EPS is an "open-cell" insulation when it is exactly the opposite "closed-cell." EDU got it backwards.
