What are The Alliance's Most Valuable Player (MVP) Awards?
Sponsored by The Roofing Industry Alliance for Progress, the Most Valuable Player
Awards Program recognizes and honors outstanding roofing workers from various regions
of the United States.
What are the benefits for you?

Who qualifies?
Any roofing worker who is employed by an NRCA-member or nonmember contractorholding
a position no higher than superintendentis eligible to be nominated for the
award. The number of nominations per contracting firm must not exceed three per
company branch.
What are the categories?
MVP nominees will evaluated based on significant contributions in one or more of
the following categories:
- Community service and volunteerism
- Attracting new roofing workers and helping retain existing ones
- Contributions to a team effort
- Other noteworthy contributions and activities
- Outstanding on-the-job performance
What do winners receive?
Winners receive the following:
- A trip to NRCA's Annual Convention. Included are complimentary airfare and two night's
hotel accommodations; one complimentary conference registration and exhibit hall
pass; two tickets to the NRCA Luncheon; and an American Express gift certificate.
- Winners will be formally honored during the NRCA Luncheon.
- Winners will be recognized in Professional Roofing magazine; NRCA's For Members
Only newsletter and on the Alliance's Web site, www.roofingindustryalliance.net. In addition, press releases
will be sent to local and national media and industry trade press.
Tips for success:
- Make sure to completely fill out the applications.

- Testimonial letters from clients and fellow employees are a great way to demonstrate
the quality of your employees.
