Jamie McAdam is president of F.J. Dahill Co. Inc., a family-owned roofing and structural restoration company that has served New England for 119 years.
Jamie received his B.S. in business administration from Bryant College. He began his full-time career at Dahill in 1977 and, after 20 years in various positions including laborer, manager and vice president of the Special Projects Division, he was elected president in 1997.
After two terms on NRCA's board of directors and two terms as vice president, he became president of the association in 1999. He's the 2007 recipient of NRCA's J.A. Piper award. He also has been on the North/East Roofing Contractors Association board four times and received its Clarence J. Carr Roofing Industry Award in 1997.
Jamie is a well-recognized member of the roofing industry in New England and the U.S. He has been a speaker at 12 NRCA conventions and numerous educational programs. He also has taught several Roofing Industry Educational Institute courses.
During the course, Jamie will address how a successful businessperson is one who is successful at developing relationships with key people.
