For Foremen Only, Level 1*

Take a proactive approach to employee education by sending your field managers to this class, which focuses on communication and management skills. Foremen often have excellent roof system installation skills but may lack strong communication and management abilities that would help them lead more effectively. This course teaches your foreman how to communicate effectively and work well with all types of people. Your foreman will learn how to handle tough situations tactfully, especially when disciplinary action is needed. He or she will also learn how to establish credibility, build rapport with crew members and motivate workers to improve job-site productivity.
