To disseminate federal legislative and regulatory information, NRCA's Washington office uses several mediums—Professional Roofing magazine; various NRCA newsletters; position papers; Special Reports; NRCA's Web site; and the annually published NRCA Washington News.

As part of its activism, NRCA regularly testifies before congressional and regulatory panels, presents written comments on regulatory proposals, and participates in industry forums.
