The Political Insiders Council (PIC) was established in July 2005 as the major donor
program of ROOFPAC, NRCA's political action committee. Members commit to contribute
the maximum allowable donation to ROOFPAC as an individual ($5,000 per year). Contributions
to ROOFPAC events, such as its auction and sporting tournaments, do not count toward
the annual $5,000 commitment.
PIC members receive special ROOFPAC/NRCA benefits, including complimentary participation
in ROOFPAC events; Washington, D.C., forums; VIP tours of historic Washington, D.C.,
buildings, such as the Capitol building and White House (tours are subject to availability);
and briefing materials provided by NRCA's Washington, D.C., office.
