Carol Maggio joined the NRCA staff in 1990. She has worked in the communications,
general operations, technical research and technical services sections of the organization.
Responsibilities within the technical services section include responding to requests
for information, maintaining the technical library and administrator for NRCA's
sublisting program for ANSI/SPRI ES-1 certification.
