For Foremen Only, Level 2 (or equivalent)

What? The Level Two foreman program is a continuation of communication and leadership skills.

Format? A one-day class that can be taken as a public NRCA class or a company can contract with NRCA to have instructors come to a company and facilitate the class for multiple people (additional costs apply). Participants can substitute another daylong leadership class for this requirement.

How much time will it take? Eight hours, including lunchtime

Why is this class required? Whereas Level One focused on foremen working with crew members, Level Two includes communicating with company management and customers. Such conversations can be filled with assumptions and missteps, and this class will help foremen take responsibility for successfully navigating all kinds of communication.

How is credit awarded? NRCA will issue certificates for participation and will keep copies on hand for ProForeman participants. If a participant is seeking credit for a previously taken class, a copy of the certificate can be mailed or faxed to NRCA. If no such document can be found, please contact NRCA University.
