Future Executives Institute (FEI)

Sept. 24-27

NRCA University's Future Executives Institute (FEI) is a comprehensive and powerful learning experience focusing on leading and managing a thriving roofing business. This three-year program offers participants an in-depth look at management theory and practice, and a unique industry networking opportunity while developing their leadership and communication skills.

FEI is built on 10 core areas essential to small-business operations: management, leadership, strategic planning, human resources, financial management, sales and marketing, roofing industry issues, risk management, family relationships/succession and personal-development skills.

Courses are held at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in Chicago and are taught by Northwestern University professors, industry leaders and field experts. Class size reflects qualified candidate applications and can vary. Acceptance into the program is based on criteria designed to ensure a candidate has a background that allows for sharing and learning from others' experiences and prepares him/her for the course work. Applications for the next FEI class will be accepted beginning February 2018.

For questions about the FEI program, please contact Janice Davis, director of NRCA University, at jdavis@nrca.net or (800) 323-9545, Ext. 7505; or Tom Shanahan, NRCA's vice president of enterprise risk management and executive education, at tshanahan@nrca.net or (800) 323-9545, ext. 7538.
