Roof system maintenance is often the most neglected area of a roof management program. It's also the single most
important factor (after proper installation) for determining the life span and cost of a roof system. This course
provides hands-on exercises to guide you through emergency/temporary and permanent repair procedures based on NRCA's
Repair Manual for Low-slope Membrane Roof Systems.
This course will benefit facility managers and new roofing contractors.
Note: We will be conducting repairs in this class. Wear a long-sleeved shirt and proper footwear. All other
required personal protective equipment will be provided.

clearly are masters in the trade of roofing. My understanding and respect for the trade has grown exponentially. I
would recommend this class to anyone in the field."
