About NRCA | NRCA awards | Most Valuable Player (MVP) Awards

To be a successful roofing contractor, you must have reliable, dedicated employees. And among those employees, usually one stands out. Why not honor that special employee by nominating him or her for a Most Valuable Player Award?
The Roofing Industry Alliance for Progress sponsors the Roofing Industry’s Most Valuable Player Awards (MVP) Program, which annually identifies and honors a maximum of 10 outstanding roofing workers. These individuals serve as esteemed role models, as well as demonstrate higher work-related and personal goals to which others may aspire.
Again this year, one of the 10 MVP winners will be chosen as
Professional Roofing's Best of the Best.
Professional Roofing and OMG Roofing Products, Agawam, Mass., are co-sponsoring this elite recognition, which will include a special prize and feature article about the winning worker in
Professional Roofing.
Recognizing the award winners
MVP award winners will receive two complimentary airfares and two nights' hotel accommodations during NRCA's 122nd Annual Convention, Feb. 1-5, 2009, in Las Vegas. Each winner also will receive one complimentary conference registration and exhibit hall pass, two tickets to the NRCA Cocktail and Awards Reception and a $100 American Express Gift Certificate. The winner of
Professional Roofing's Best of the Best contest, sponsored by OMG Roofing Products, will receive an additional prize and a feature article in
Professional Roofing Workers. All other convention-related expenses will be the responsibility of each award winner. Winners will be formally honored and presented with awards during the NRCA cocktail and awards reception Feb. 4, 2009.
All MVP award winners also will be recognized in
