Named after former NRCA President and Piper Award recipient Charlie Raymond, the Charlie Raymond Award is the most prestigious membership recruitment award NRCA bestows.

The award is given annually to the member who has recruited the most members during a calendar year. Winners are recognized during the Member Breakfast at NRCA's annual convention.
