Pay it Forward Program
The challenge:
Offer your roofing resources to help someone in need. Then ask the person you helped
to pay it forward.
NRCA is one of the most active associations involved with philanthropic work, and
we also are one of the most popular because our member volunteers can provide a
basic need—shelter. But often we can't help those who desperately need it because
it takes time to find a volunteer who is located near the area of the person needing
help and who is willing to help.
As a result, NRCA's Community Service Committee is creating a new program within
the roofing community to match those in need with those who can help. If you are
willing to help someone in your area when the need arises, simply provide NRCA with
your contact information. Adding your company name to the list does not obligate
you to provide labor or supply materials, but when NRCA learns of someone needing
help in your area, we'll supply you with the project information.
NRCA's Pay It Forward program enables you to give back to your community. In return
for helping someone, ask them to pay it forward by helping another person in need.
Our measure of wealth takes different forms. With your act of kindness, you can
truly make the world a better place.
