    New Member Kit—Upon joining, you will receive $1,000 worth of NRCA publications, CDs and DVDs free, including the newest technical manual CD, The NRCA Roofing Manual: Metal Panel and SPF Roof Systems. This CD allows you to access generous amounts of information you can't find anywhere else from the convenience of your computer. Containing all the NRCA Roofing Manuals, it also includes 833 viewable construction details. You can search the text of the manuals by keyword or phrase, print any portion of the text or graphics, and import the text into a word processing program. This CD includes the electronic copies of the following NRCA Roofing Manual volumes:

    • The NRCA Roofing Manual: Membrane Roof Systems—2011

    For Members Only—You receive NRCA's monthly executive report, For Members Only, which provides updates about the latest roofing industry developments and NRCA activities.

    Professional Roofing magazine—NRCA's monthly publication is the industry's leading magazine and provides you with the most accurate, timely and objective information in the roofing industry. Articles and archives from Professional Roofing also are available at www.professionalroofing.net and include Web exclusives that offer additional editorial and images related to the articles.

    NRCA E-News—You also receive NRCA's weekly electronic newsletter, which features the most current roofing industry and NRCA news.

    NRCA Smart Brief—NRCA's industry newsletter delivered every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday offers up-to-the-minute information about roofing industry news, market forecasts and NRCA activities.

    Special Reports—Detailed reports addressing key industry issues are mailed to you and posted on NRCA's website as they become available to keep you informed.

    Additional mailings—Member firms may add up to five additional key personnel to NRCA's mailing list. Forms for additional mailings will be forwarded to you upon approval of your membership.

    Membership Directory Listings—As a benefit of membership, you receive a free company listing in NRCA's printed and online membership directories, both of which are "who's who" in the roofing industry.     NRCA Logo—NRCA members are identified as being the roofing industry's elite. You receive camera-ready artwork of the NRCA logo for use on letterhead, proposals, advertisements, etc. You also can download the NRCA logo from the website's Members Only section.

    NRCA's website—NRCA's website, www.nrca.net, contains more than 30,000 pages of information, including access to the Roofing Industry Product Center, a single source for product, technical and procurement information for commercial, residential and infrastructure construction. Advocacy

NRCA represents roofing professionals before the U.S. Congress and federal government, and NRCA's Washington, D.C., office serves as NRCA's full-time advocate in our nation's capital and works to advance the roofing industry's public policy agenda to help your business grow while fighting proposals that would adversely affect your business.

NRCA members continue to provide NRCA with a stronger voice in Congress and regulatory agencies. NRCA takes major responsibility for representing the roofing industry before the U.S. Congress and works closely with officials from the OSHA, DOT, EPA and other government agencies. NRCA lobbies heavily for fair and reduced regulatory practices and provides you with information, such as Special Reports and position papers, and programs to help you comply with government regulations applicable to your business. In addition, ROOFPAC, NRCA's federally registered political action committee, supports pro-business candidates for the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives.
