NRCA elects Robert P. Daly senior vice president

NRCA ELECTS ROBERT P. DALY JR. SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT Las Vegas—Robert P. Daly Jr., president of Kaw Roofing & Sheet Metal, Kansas City, Kan., was elected 2006-07 senior vice president of the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) during its 119th Annual Convention held Feb. 13-16. On June 1, Daly will begin his term as the second highest-ranking officer of one of the oldest construction trade associations in the U.S. Daly's company joined NRCA in 1953, and he has served on the NRCA board of directors and many NRCA committees. Daly served as vice president from 2000-02 and 2003-04 and director from 1996-99 and 2002-06. He was chairman of the Energy Conservation & Environmental Issues Task Force from 2003-04 and National Roofing Service Corp. from 2001-02. Daly also served as vice president liaison for the Technical Liaison Group from 2000-02 and 2004-05 and Waterproofing Task Force from 2004-05. Daly's company also is a member of the Roofing Contractors Association of Kansas City of which he is a director. ###
