Join ROOFPAC for a fabulous Super Bowl Bash sponsored by Uniflex and Geocel at the Marriott Rivercenter hotel on Sunday, Feb. 3, from 5:30 to 10:30 p.m. All ROOFPAC golfers will receive complimentary access to the Super Bowl Bash. Registration for non-golfers is $65 per person and $95 per couple, with all participants receiving a buffet dinner and drinks while watching the Super Bowl on big screen TVs. There also will be numerous opportunities to win cash and other prizes throughout the evening.

Join ROOFPAC for a day of golf, food, drinks, fun and prizes in sunny San Antonio! The tournament, sponsored by Johns Manville, will be held Monday, Feb. 4, at the fabulous TPC San Antonio golf club, which was designed by two of golf's most innovative architects: Pete Dye and Greg Norman. The tournament will begin with a 9 a.m. shotgun start and follow a scramble format.

Participants will receive lunch, post-tournament reception with open bar and hors d'oeuvres, a complimentary raffle ticket to win an iPad2 and opportunities to win several other prizes.

Transportation to and from the Marriott Rivercenter hotel also will be provided free of charge, with buses departing at 7:30 a.m. and returning to the hotel around 4 p.m. The deadline to register is Jan. 14, 2013.

ROOFPAC Silent Auction

It's here! NRCA again will host the ROOFPAC Silent Auction during the 2013 International Roofing Expo® (IRE) in San Antonio. Don't miss your opportunity to bid on fabulous vacations, exquisite jewelry, the latest electronics and one-of-a-kind memorabilia while enjoying an open bar and much more! Stop by booth No. 1672 on the IRE floor for your chance at amazing deals. All proceeds from the silent auction will go to ROOFPAC, NRCA's political action committee, which is the voice of the roofing industry in Washington, D.C.

The ROOFPAC silent auction will be held Tuesday, Feb. 5, and Wednesday, Feb. 6, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the ROOFPAC booth (adjacent to NRCA's booth). Winners will be announced Wednesday, Feb. 6, at 4:30 p.m. Items may be picked up Wednesday after 4:30 or Thursday, Feb. 7, while the trade show is open

To insure fairness to all bidders, rules for NRCA's ROOFPAC silent auction are as follows:
  • All bidders must register with an auction volunteer before bidding on any item.
  • Starting minimum bids and minimum increases are listed on each bid sheet.
  • Bids are made by printing your name, company, telephone number and a higher bid under the existing bid on the bid sheet.
  • Closing time is 4 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6.
  • When closing time is announced and bid sheets are collected, the person who last signed each bid sheet is the winning bidder. The winning bidder's name will be posted soon after bidding closes.
  • All items must be paid for before being received.
  • ROOFPAC accepts personal checks and personal credit cards only (Visa, MasterCard and American Express).
Federal Regulations

Contributions to ROOFPAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from corporations and foreign nationals are prohibited. Federal law requires ROOFPAC to use its best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer for each individual whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year. The legal annual maximum an individual may contribute to ROOFPAC is $5,000.
