Advantages of Customized Training
Customized: Contract classes can be tailored to address your company's unique challenges
and are adapted to your company's specific situation, location and climate.
Convenient: Schedule a seminar at your workplace or wherever you choose at a time
that's right for you.
Cost-effective: Training employees on-site significantly reduces travel costs, as
well as time away from the office or job site, enabling you to maximize your training
budget and educate more employees.
Cost comparison of NRCA University's public and contract classes
The following shows a breakdown of typical costs for delivering a one-day program
at your location versus attending a public class in another city. (Travel expenses
are estimated.)
* Based on NRCA member rates, the program fee for a public class is $495 per student
and includes one free registration for every three students enrolled in the class.
The contract class fee includes two instructors. (Faculty travel-related expenses
and miscellaneous costs for contract classes are charged at actual cost.)
Travel costs add up quickly! In this example, you could train 18 additional
employees by bringing NRCA to you! You will not only save money but valuable travel
time, as well. With tighter travel budgets and bigger workloads, on-site training
makes sense.
