Kathy brings more than 25 years of management and senior leadership experience.
She was the head of two billion-dollar divisions in a Fortune 500 company. She also
has experience transforming and fixing underperforming units and starting new units.
Recruiting and building high-performance teams, developing strategies and initiatives
to drive change, and improving effectiveness while developing tactical roadmaps
to enhance implementation are all proven strengths. She has a track record of success.
Additionally, she has the rare combination of corporate and nonprofit experience
along with experiences in local and global markets.
Kathy works with clients to discover their core purposes, which serves to guide
and inspire their employees and stakeholders. She helps organizations determine
how to implement their core purposes through social value and/or kingdom value initiatives
that are core to what they do and who they are. She works to identify on-ramps for
social involvement, validate organizations for partnership, identify projects that
have the potential for economic sustainability and oversee the relationship.
Kathy helps clients transition their businesses from what they are to what they

are integrated. She does this by working on leadership assessment, development and
executive coaching. She helps clients focus on strategic initiatives that lead to
transformation and align with their core purposes and helps them build the structures,
processes, tools and talent to reach their objectives.
