NRCA University | Future Executives Institute (FEI)

NRCA University's Future Executives Institute (FEI) is a comprehensive and powerful learning experience focusing on leading and managing a thriving roofing business. This three-year program provides you with a broader look at management theory and practice, a unique opportunity to develop leadership and communication skills, and a fuller understanding of your company as it exists in the business world.

FEI is built on nine core areas essential to small-business operations: management, leadership, human resources, financial management, sales and marketing, roofing industry issues, health and safety, family relationships/succession and personal-development skills.

Courses are held at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in Chicago and are taught by Northwestern University professors, industry leaders and field experts. Class size is limited to 30 roofing professionals to allow for in-depth discussions and relationship building during the three-year program. The next three-year FEI program begins Oct. 12-15, 2008.
