Focus 4 Safety Program

Focus 4 Safety is a half-day program that examines the four safety hazards that, according to OSHA, account for the greatest number of preventable fatalities in the construction industry: electrical, struck-by, caught-between and fall-related hazards. During the program, you will discuss the primary causes of the top OSHA citations for hazard fatalities and learn how to recognize and respond to those hazards as they apply to the roofing industry and your company. This program is designed for roofing workers, foremen, supervisors, safety directors and business owners.

Testimonials

"NRCA's training class on 'Focus Four' uses real world examples from roofing operations to outline the hazards in roofing work. The instructors were well-prepared and able and provided jobsite-specific examples to illustrate the material presented in class. Thanks!"
—Steve Johnson, ARC of the Bay Area Counties Inc., Oakland, Calif.

"This class was very informative and had a lot of useful information to take back to the workplace. Although there was a lot of information covered, the subjects that were used were very precise and understanding. I think even a person that does not have a lot of safety knowledge would benefit from taking this course. The instructor did not use complicated terms to teach the class."
—Alvaro Gomez, DRI Cos., San Leandro, Calif.

"This class was not the same old boring safety class. Both instructors were knowledgeable. I learned a lot of new safety rules and ways to help others. Thank you very much."
—Jeremy Regner, Professional Roofing Inc., Arvada, Colo.
