Maximizing the Life of Your Roof: Implementing a Roof Asset Management Program

Roof system integrity is the single largest factor in building efficiency. Ongoing maintenance and continual service and repair will ensure a roof system performs well, and a roof asset management program will provide you with the information you need to make good economic decisions to determine how best to preserve and prolong the life of your roof system and provide a better return on your investment.

This course will benefit building owners and facility managers.

Note: If conditions permit, this program involves an on-site roof inspection that may require ladder access to a roof. Although useful, this exercise is not a requirement for successful completion of the program. Please wear appropriate clothing if you choose to participate.
Tuition fee includes all course materials, continental breakfast, and morning and afternoon beverage service.
