In an effort to increase NRCA's presence on Capitol Hill, NRCA participates in the Minute Men Corps. The Minute Men program consists of NRCA member volunteers interested in reaching out to Congress about issues that require grassroots action. The Minute Men program only addresses important, time-sensitive issues.

Participants receive monthly updates about political issues. An e-mail or fax will be sent with instructions and information about pending legislative issues.
