CNA offers work force management webinar
On June 17, CNA, Chicago, will offer Managing Your Spanish Speaking Workforce, a free webinar that provides information about training and communicating with your Spanish-speaking workers. It discusses topics such as use of customs and traditions in training, as well as legal pitfalls.
The webinar will begin at 2 p.m. EST and last about one hour. The featured expert will be Hector M. Escarcega, president of Bilingual Solutions International/Full Esteem Ahead & Training, Los Angeles.
