NRCA University extends FEI application deadline

NRCA University has extended the deadline for its next three-year Future Executives Institute (FEI) program and now is accepting applications through Sept. 15.

FEI offers participants a broader look at management theory and practice; an opportunity to develop leadership and communication skills; and unique perspectives to develop a better understanding of the participant's company as it exists in the business world. The program is based on 10 areas essential to small-business operations: management, leadership, strategic planning, human resources, financial management, sales and marketing, roofing industry issues, risk management, family relationships/succession and personal-development skills.

Courses are held at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, Evanston, Ill., and are taught by Northwestern University professors, industry leaders and field experts. Class size is limited to 30 roofing professionals to allow for in-depth discussions and relationship building during the program.
