NRCA University will offer photovoltaics seminar
NRCA University offers a new seminar, Rooftop Photovoltaics: Energizing Your Business, which is designed for roofing contractors, designers and specifiers who are interested in properly designing, installing or maintaining photovoltaic roof systems. The one-day technical conference will cover available photovoltaic technology; installation and application recommendations for low- and steep-slope applications; building codes and standards such as NEC 70 and UL 1703; regional and national tax credits and incentives, including those included in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009; unique safety concerns and more.
Rooftop Photovoltaics: Energizing Your Business will be offered April 8 in Chicago; April 13 in Los Angeles; April 29 in Raleigh, N.C.; May 5 in Philadelphia; and May 27 in Dallas.
