Bank of America and Rebuilding Together began renovating the facilities June 5 and finished the project after 770 hours of work by more than 150 volunteers.
The project is part of MLB's "Going Beyond" initiative and MLB All-Star Week. "This was Rebuilding Together's first event done in cooperation with Major League Baseball, and we hope it will be the start of a long relationship," Good says. "MLB and the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim could not have been more generous or better to work with. We're looking forward to doing bigger and better things before next year's All-Star Game in Phoenix and hope to involve a number of NRCA members in that area."
