If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of
receipt for an exchange, credit or refund, excluding shipping and handling fees.
Products should be returned in their original packaging. Unfortunately, NRCA cannot
accept any DVDs or CDs once the packaging has been opened unless it is found to
be defective.
Payment Options
NRCA customer service department accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and
Discover/NOVUS credit cards. Checks and money orders should be made payable to NRCA,
and payment must be in U.S. funds or their equivalent. Please do not send cash as
payment for your order. NRCA members may be invoiced upon request.
Prices and Sales Tax
Prices in this catalog are guaranteed through Dec. 31, 2008. Quantity discounts
are available. A 10.25 percent sales tax charge will be added to orders shipped
within Illinois.
Shipping and Handling
- Domestic: All orders are shipped UPS Ground within two to three business
days. Please allow five to seven business days for delivery of your order in the
continental U.S, and seven to ten business days for delivery of your order to Alaska,
Hawaii and Puerto Rico. UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.
When you order 10 or more copies of The NRCA Roofing and Waterproofing Manual, Fifth
Edition, you will be assessed $5 in shipping fees for each manual ordered.
Next-day and second-day charges will be an additional $200 and $100 respectively.
Fees also apply to online orders.

- Express Delivery: Express delivery services are available to most areas of
the U.S. UPS next-day air (additional $30) and second-day air (additional $20) orders
will be processed the same day if received before 2 p.m. CST. Otherwise, orders
will be processed and shipped the following business day. Saturday delivery is available
for orders received before 2 p.m. CST on Friday for an additional $40.

- International: Orders shipped internationally will be assessed an additional
20 percent of the order subtotal. Overnight shipments are not available internationally.
- Customs: If your order is being sent outside the U.S., it is likely your
purchase will be subject to customs fees and import duties of the country to which
it is shipped. NRCA will declare your order at full value and is not responsible
for customs and duties for international shipments. NRCA has no control over these
charges, and we cannot predict what they will be. For additional information, please
contact your local customs office. When you order from NRCA, you are considered
the importer of record, and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the
country in which you are receiving the shipment.
- CDs: A flat fee of $10 per CD when ordering only CDs.
Next-day UPS: add $30

Return Policy
Upon receipt of your order, please review it carefully. If you need to return an
item, you must return it within 30 days in its original packaging via an insured
and prepaid method. Include your packing slip or invoice number and the reason you
are returning it. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable for returns. NRCA
will not accept any DVDs or CDs for return once their packaging has been opened
unless the products are found to be defective. To return an electronic product,
please notify NRCA within five days of your purchase and NRCA will refund your payment
or issue a credit. At the time of refund, the product will no longer be available
to view in your electronic items account page on the NRCA website. You are allowed
a maximum of two electronic product returns per calendar year.
