James Munro has a Bachelor of Arts in Asian studies from Knox College, Galesburg, Ill., and a Master of Science in managerial communications from Northwestern University, Evanston, Ill. A technical writer since 1985, he has worked for various companies in the insurance, telecommunications and pharmacology fields. He worked at the Concrete Reinforcing Steel Institute before coming to NRCA.
