Hotel reservations
The symposium will be held at the JW Marriot Hotel, Washington, D.C., located within
walking distance of the Capitol, National Mall and Smithsonian Institute. The room
rate for the symposium is $209. Reservations should be made by Sept. 1, 2011 to
get the group rate. Attendees are responsible for reserving their own hotel accommodations.

JW Marriott Hotel, Washington, D.C., is approximately four blocks from the Federal
Triangle Station, which services the Washington Metro Blue and Orange lines. The
hotel also is approximately four blocks from the Metro Center Station, which services
the Washington Metro Blue, Orange and Red lines.
Conference fee
The fee for attending the conference is $995 for NRCA members and govenment employees,
and $1095 for nonmembers. Registration includes breakfast, coffee breaks, luncheons,
conference banquet and a copy of the proceedings.
Refunds
A registrant who wishes to cancel will receive a refund (subject to a $100 administrative
fee plus tax) if his or her request is faxed to (847) 299-1183 or e-mailed to
nrca@nrca.net and received by NRCA's office
at least 10 working days before the symposium date. Substitutions are permitted.
