West Roofing Systems Inc., Cleveland, a commercial roofing contractor, announced it has acquired Foam Applications Inc., a Huntsville, Ala.-based spray polyurethane foam roofing contractor. The purchase will better serve the needs of West Roofing Systems and Foam Applications customers in the Southeast region of the U.S.
Foam Applications will transition during a six-month period and be known as West Roofing Systems, with a goal to maintain the superior services offered to current and future customers while increasing the service offerings to the area with the West Roofing Systems team.
