Trent Cotney, NRCA general counsel and CEO, Cotney Construction Law, is a Florida Board Certified Construction Lawyer who also is licensed in Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Massachusetts, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington. Trent focuses his practice on all aspects of construction litigation and arbitration, including OSHA defense, lien law, bond law and bid protests, as well as construction document review and drafting.

Rick Blystone, employment partner/managing partner, Cotney Construction Law, is a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Labor and Employment Law. Rick recently was named to the prestigious Fulbright Specialist Roster in labor and employment law by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs and World Learning.
