Class description

This informative webinar shows you how to implement NRCA’s award-winning Training for Roof Application Careers, which provides your novice workers with information and skills to become quality roof system installers in a short time. New employees emerge from TRAC knowing they are on their way to intentional careers, not just temporary jobs. By investing in your employees’ careers, you plant the seeds of loyalty.

After participating in this webinar, you will be able to:

  • Give the TRAC program a test run (webinar participants will receive a two-week free trial)
  • Articulate ways TRAC can aid in new employee retention

Please note: Before the webinar begins, you will need to register with NRCA's webinar provider, Zoom. The link to register will be provided with your registration confirmation.
