Tom Shanahan

Tom Shanahan, NRCA’s vice president of enterprise risk management, joined NRCA in 1989. He is responsible for directing NRCA’s enterprise risk management department where he oversees health, safety and insurance matters that affect the roofing industry.





Duane Musser

NRCA’s vice president of government relations, oversees and directs the association’s work on government policy and political matters. Duane joined the NRCA staff in 2008 as senior director of federal affairs and assumed the responsibilities of vice president of government relations in 2009.
