About NRCA’s Qualified Trainer Conference:

• Trainers with any level of roofing industry experience are welcome; new trainers will gain a strong foundation of critical training skills, and seasoned trainers will learn new training methods and advance their knowledge of industry best practices.
• Participants will learn about NRCA ProCertification® and the job task analysis skills required for ProCertified installers.
• NRCA will share relevant coaching practices and teach presentation skills to enhance participants’ abilities to conduct effective training sessions.
• Through NRCA’s required pre-conference webinar, participants will learn how to improve their public speaking and presentation skills.

NRCA understands circumstances may arise that require registration cancellation. However, last-minute cancelations or no-shows are detrimental to NRCA’s intentionally small courses.

Cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel more than 10 days before the event, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. If you cancel two to 10 days before the event, you may reschedule or receive a credit voucher for an NRCA University program within the next 12 months

No-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before a class will not receive a refund or credit. Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis.

All payments are due and payable before the start of a course. NRCA is not responsible for other costs incurred.

NRCA reserves the right to cancel programs. If such a cancellation occurs, registrants will be notified and refunded the full program tuition. NRCA will attempt to reschedule or make alternative arrangements for any canceled programs.
