About the presenters:

Liz Garza is the director of marketing for My Roofing Crew, Nashville, Tenn. She leads the marketing, human resources and customer service departments in addition to managing the office. Garza attributes much of her professional growth to her long-standing membership in National Women in Roofing, a volunteer-based organization that supports women in the industry, and she currently serves on its board of directors and chairs its Communications Committee.






Paula Felix is a restoration project analyst for Restoration Builders Inc., Dallas, a residential and commercial contractor. She serves as vice chair—recruitment committee for National Women in Roofing and previously served as secretary. Felix also was a board member and a member of the Licensing/PublicAffairs/Local Advocacy Committee of the North Texas Roofing Contractors Association.






Mary Madrigal is the founder of Foremost Improvements, Addison, Ill., a commercial and residential roofing company focused on energy-saving elements. Madrigal is OSHA 30-hour certified and graduated in 2019 from the Hispanic American Construction Industry Association Contractor Training Program sponsored by the State of Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity. Madrigal is an active member of HACIA, Federation of Woman Contractors, NRCA, Chicago Roofing Contractors Association, National Women in Roofing and The National Association of Women in Construction.





Lorna Rojas is the human resources national recruiter for TREMCO Roofing & Building Maintenance, Beachwood, Ohio. Her work is focused on career development, training, workforce recruitment and empowering women to enter nontraditional careers. Rojas is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, interpersonal communications and safety. She has a master’s degree in human resources development from the University of Minnesota.






Dawn Stansbury is the recruiting director for Aspen Contracting, Lee’s Summit, Mo. Stansbury graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in film from the University of Kansas. After graduation, she spent more than 20 years in sales before transitioning to recruiting. For the past four years, Stansbury has been helping people move forward in their career paths.
