Ken Kelly took over his family’s roofing business in 1993. Kelly Roofing currently is ranked 53 out of all roofing contractors in the U.S. An industry spokesman, contributing author and circuit speaker, Kelly enjoys sharing and helping other business professionals in all sectors.
Kelly also donates time to his community by sitting on various boards and commissions such as the Florida Housing Authority, which he chairs. He helped form the nonprofit Hope Contained, which is dedicated to helping the poor throughout the world by recycling and converting steel shipping containers into homes, creating villages and designing micro-farms in developing nations. Kelly was honored with the Visionary Award by Microsoft in 2015 for his creative use of the Dynamics platform of software.

Leading a female-owned company known for exceptional customer service, Marvin has fostered a culture of collaboration, where her team is celebrated as the backbone of Matrix Roof & Home and customers are central to their success. Under Marvin’s leadership, Matrix Roof & Home has earned local and national recognition.
Marvin also is committed to giving back, including roof donations to Habitat for Humanity and a close working relationship teaching students roofing at local career and technical education school.
Marvin has held leadership roles through NRCA’s board of directors, Western States Roofing Contractors Association (where she was honored as Board Member of the Year), Roofers Coffee Shop Influencers and Roofing Technology Think Tank.
