In 2024, NRCA partnered with 1Life Software to launch the Safety Excellence Program. With the goal of reducing the frequency and severity of work-related injuries in the roofing industry, NRCA and 1Life Software safety professionals and software developers created the safety management system framework to empower NRCA members to more effectively reduce risk, increase workforce safety and grow their businesses.
1Life recently launched 1Life Harmony to help companies make safety management simpler, easier and more efficient across multiple operations.
1Life Harmony allows teams to:
- Operate with one login to access multiple companies and locations
- Manage users and workers across operations
- Share forms, documents, policies and training courses
- Push updates centrally instead of repeating them location by location
- Move workers and their training records between operations
- Standardize corporate requirements while maintaining local permissions and independence
