The International Roofing Expo® has announced the keynote speaker for 2022 is NRCA CEO Reid Ribble, who will kick off the 2022 IRE Feb. 1, 2022, at 9:30 a.m. in New Orleans.
Before becoming NRCA CEO, Ribble served six years in the U.S. House of Representatives. During his tenure, he served on the Agriculture, Transportation and Infrastructure, Budget, and Foreign Affairs Committees, where he served as vice chairman of the Committee on Emerging Threats. Additionally, for more than 30 years, Ribble was the president of his own roofing company in Kaukauna, Wis. As a contractor, he volunteered countless hours serving on NRCA committees and NRCA's board of directors. As part of his 25 years of service to the organization, Ribble served as NRCA president from 2005-06.
In his keynote, “Lessons … An insider’s look at 40 years of learning, falling, failing, and succeeding,” Ribble will share a life’s worth of lessons learned from his father, his roofing business, his time in Congress and leading the roofing industry as the CEO of NRCA. Although many speakers and authors have spoken to a few secrets of success, Ribble will be able to speak to how to achieve it inside the roofing industry.
