The International Roofing Expo® has announced the keynote speaker for 2023 is Chris Czarnik, who will kick off the 2023 IRE March 7 at 9:30 a.m. in Dallas.
Czarnik is an author, coach, trainer and subject matter expert on talent recruiting, engagement and retention in the current environment. He has more than 20 years’ experience as a former military officer, human resource manager, career services manager and job search advisor. Czarnik created and refined an innovative process approach to job searches and authored “The Human Search Engine®” after working with thousands of jobseekers; “The Human Search Engine” was introduced to the 113th Congress as a national job search model, and in 2016, Congress adopted the process as its outplacement tool for outgoing members and staff. He also was named a subject matter expert regarding career-related topics for Pearson Publishing, the largest publisher in the U.S. Czarnik's book, “Winning the War for Talent,” was released in July 2018 and serves as a talent model for more than 2,500 organizations throughout the U.S.
In his keynote, “Winning the War for Talent: One of the Roofing Industry’s Biggest Challenges,” Czarnik will outline real world strategies around employee recruitment, engagement and retention and provide you with actionable strategies you can use immediately.
