NRCA will hold a virtual Qualified Trainer Conference Jan. 24-25, 2024, to help new trainers gain a strong foundation in critical training skills and seasoned participants learn new training methods and advance their knowledge of industry best practices.
In addition, participants will learn about NRCA PROCertification® and the job task analysis skills required for NRCA PROCertified® installers; relevant coaching practices and presentation skills to enhance their abilities to conduct effective training sessions; and how to improve their public speaking and presentation skills.
