Clemson University is seeking participation for its survey, Evaluating Company Culture of Roofing Contracting Companies to Attract and Retain Women in the Industry.
Dhaval Gajjar, an assistant professor in Clemson University’s Construction Science & Management Department, is conducting the study with graduate student Gopika Viswanathan.
The purpose of the study is to identify company culture factors in the roofing industry that help attract and retain women. This can provide insight regarding how perceptions of women and companies differ and the necessary steps to bridge the gap.
The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete; responses are due by the end of November. Learn more and take the survey.
