NRCA will offer a free OSHA National Safety Stand-Down Week Webinar Series in support of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s May 3-7 event.
The three-day webinar series will be held May 4-6 and feature Tom Shanahan, Harry Dietz and Rich Trewyn from NRCA’s enterprise risk management department sharing insights regarding various fall-protection topics.
The series consists of three 30-minute sessions and an additional 30 minutes for Q&A. Topics include ladder use and setup, three points of contact, guardrails, and warning lines and safety monitoring systems May 4 11 a.m.-noon CDT; personal fall-arrest systems, including calculated clearance distances May 5 11 a.m.-noon CDT; and rescue techniques and suspension trauma May 6 11 a.m.-noon CDT.
