NRCA will offer Virtual Foreman Leadership Training, Level 2, Nov. 1.
The one-day class reviews discussions about communication and management techniques learned in Level 1 with increased attention to disciplinary conversations and intervention. Level 2 focuses on identifying and explaining characteristics of positive and negative communication styles, as well as using communication techniques to implement effective conflict-resolution tactics for employees, supervisors and customers, among other topics.
Previous participation in Foreman Leadership Training, Level 1, is required.
