Today, health and safety procedures, as well as modern equipment, ensure your safety on the roof. We also use machinery that helps during the removal of old roof systems and when hoisting new materials into place. It is an honest day’s work, but it won't break your back.
The biggest misconception is that there is no career growth in roofing. Many believe roofing is a dead-end job; in truth, roofers can progress to foreman, project manager, inspector, sales executive or even owner. With the labor shortage, companies are eager to promote and retain skilled workers, making it a career with high upward mobility.
