Application materials and review process
Applications for the next FEI cohort will be accepted from Dec. 14, 2026, through Feb. 28, 2027. Interested individuals may join the interest list to be notified when the application window opens.
Applicants must submit a completed application along with the following materials:
- Resume
- Mentor recommendation letter and statement confirming support for adjusted work schedules so the applicant can attend classes and complete weekly coursework
The Admissions Committee reviews all application materials and selects individuals for the cohort.
Eligible candidates must be at least 25 years old and have at least five years of leadership experience at a roofing contracting company beyond crew leadership. Click here to learn more about who is a good fit for FEI.
Please note: FEI is designed specifically for developing leaders in roofing contracting companies. Other industry supply chain professionals are not eligible to apply.
