Executive Leadership Bilingual Program

NRCA has partnered with The GLO Group LLC, Phoenix, to offer this six-course virtual program, which is designed to help executives develop field supervisors into confident bilingual leaders; boost communication to improve workplace culture for multicultural teams; and build trust to position their companies as employers of choice among Spanish-speaking communities.
The program offers one session per week for six consecutive weeks. Sessions will cover the following topics: elevating Spanish-speaking supervisors; psychological safety and cultural trust in roofing environments; adopting artificial intelligence and technology to align with workforce culture; recruiting and retaining Hispanic talent; showing employees clear paths for growth; and building a legacy roofing business.
