COVID-19 has created new stresses for construction employers and their employees. During the webinar, experts from the Center for Health, Work & Environment at the Colorado School of Public Health will lead a discussion about what COVID-19 means for leaders’ personal health and effectiveness; skills effective leaders can use to manage stress related to COVID-19; and resources to identify and help workers experiencing stress and mental health challenges.
